This place is adorable and has lots of vegan options. Lots of pink and floral mismatched dishes and cute pink wallpaper. Tons of vegan options with soy curls and tofu. I highly recommend the evil jungle fried rice, the pad, see ew, and the lava noodles. They understand veganism and have soy curls and tofu.

I have only ever gotten take out and delivery, but I absolutely adored the vibe when I went in to pick up my order. The food is AMAZING. Order the crab puffs and the boat noodles and trout pad Thai. You will not be disappointed. Hands down best Thai food in Portland! This last time I ordered the Tom Kha with steamed veggies and it was very tasty.

If you're looking for a fun spot to grab some Thai I'd recommend this place! The atmosphere is nothing like I've been to before for a restaurant, it kind of felt like a bar 🤣 It was bright, fun and so delicious! I got the egg rolls cause I literally can't resist them if they are on a menu. The yellow curry, some wings and of course the creamy coconut margarita! I would recommend all of those! I look forward to my next visit here. Cheers 🥂

Goes to 5 , but really is a 5.5, exceed all expectations. I can't even explain the so many different flavors, and the taste of the food is just amazing.. I had placed a few pictures .. came with family for a celebration .. I'm glad I came .. I'm glad I was able to taste so much good food

Flavor flavor flavor! You know you’re at a great place when you walk out feeling good, your belly full but not too full you can’t move and even have a little leftover. Clean restaurant and fun atmosphere—however the food is not very good, if you like fresh quality food. My pad Thai was very, very sweet and sticky, and not very appetizing. Not the fresh, vibrant, peanuty flavors I look for in a good pad Thai. The salad rolls were okay but scant on shrimp without much cabbage or basil. Soup was okay. We won’t be coming back—there’s better food to elsewhere at a similar price. Based on reviews I expected a lot more from the food—careful with those 5 star ratings! Alas they can be so misleading on Google maps

2nd time getting delivery from here and both times were amazing. Packaged very well and arrived hot! This time I got the khao soi w the chicken drumstick and it is my favorite so far. Other standouts are the fried rices and crab rangoon. Thanks Rukdiew Cafe

My husband and I came to Rukdiew Cafe for lunch during the heat wave. The air conditioning was strong and decor was fun. We ordered the chicken laab, trout fried rice and Khao Soy noodles. Also a Thai iced tea. The portions were generous. The Khao Soy was authentic and tasted like what we had in Chang Mai, Thailand. The deep fried noodles on top and the homemade pickles in the soup added lots of crunch and texture to the noodles. The fried trout was enormous and fresh. The chicken laab was the less successful dish. Our server was friendly. What a wonderful neighborhood Thai restaurant!
